Job Description

As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst here at Solstice Advanced Materials (SAM), you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data to support our environmental and sustainability initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and transparent reporting of our sustainability performance, helping us track progress towards our sustainability goals and communicate our environmental impact to internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in sustainability reporting and data analysis will enable us to drive continuous improvement and enhance our sustainability practices.

You will report directly to our VP of HSE and you will work out of our headquarters in Charlotte NC, Houston TX, or Morris Plaines NJ, on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our organization by managing sustainability data collection processes, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and preparing reports and presentations to communicate our sustainability performance. Your work will contribute to our efforts in reducing our environmental footprint, promoting sustainable practices, and enhancing our reputation as a responsible and sustainable organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, validate, and analyze sustainability data from various sources, including energy consumption, waste management, greenhouse gas emissions, and other relevant metrics.

• Develop and maintain data management systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in sustainability performance.

• Prepare regular sustainability reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory agencies, and sustainability rating organizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for sustainability reporting.

• Stay updated on emerging sustainability reporting frameworks, standards, and best practices.

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability goals, targets, and initiatives.

• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on sustainability data collection and reporting.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, or a related field

• Strong analytical and data management skills

• Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, CDP)

• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power B.I.)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
