Position: Entry Level Personal Assistant Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $700 - $850 per week Job Description: Seronda Networks Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in office management and personal assistance. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide vital support to our executive team, facilitating daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently. Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
Coordinate meetings, including arranging logistics and preparing materials
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure follow-up on tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
