Space and Occupancy Manager

Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA are delighted to be partnering with a leading Service Provider to make the key appointment of a Space and Occupancy Manager for one of their flagship global accounts.
As a global leader in the delivery of Facilities Management and Workplace Services, my client boasts an impressive client portfolio spanning over 30 countries worldwide.
Reporting to the Projects Director, the Space and Occupancy Manager will be initially responsible for a single flagship account, comprising of 30 locations in North America with scope to incorporate the client’s global portfolio.
The Role:
The Space and Occupancy Manager will effectively co-ordinate all relevant data sources to provide accurate space and building occupancy reporting and data intelligence to support client workplace space strategies and ensuring that any unbudgeted spend is managed and moves are planned, developed and executed to meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop space and occupancy reporting and dashboards.
Support reporting on building, organizational data and occupancy metrics.
Drive data accuracy, management reporting and statistics.
Provide guidance for office designs, refresh and restacks.
Develop meaningful space planning briefs, concepts, layouts and budgets that align with business drivers.
Subject Matter specialist: Archibus, AutoCAD and Occupancy Sensor software.
Regional CAD portfolio maintenance.
Moves Management support.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 – 5 years in a similar Space and Occupancy Management role.
Intermediate to advanced level in both Archibus and AutoCAD.
Experience with an IWMS or CAFM system.
An excellent communicator, with an engaging and client facing personality.
