Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for a NY Workers' Compensation attorney at Terry Katz & Associates, P.C. The attorney will be responsible for handling workers' compensation cases, advocating for injured individuals, negotiating with insurance companies or self-insureds, and ensuring that clients receive the benefits they are entitled to. While the role is based in Uniondale, NY, remote from home is acceptable.
