Job Description

Our client, a top-tier real estate company, is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to lead the charge during weekend events at one of Chicago's most stylish private venues. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly-from vendor check-ins and space setup to music playlists and lighting moods.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee event setup, vendor coordination, and space readiness
• Ensure all A/V, lighting, and décor elements align with client expectations
• Act as the main contact for planners, caterers, and vendors onsite
• Monitor guest flow and venue operations throughout the event
• Partner with security, engineering, and housekeeping to keep things running seamlessly
• Wrap up the night with a final walk-through and closeout checklist

Qualifications:

• A natural problem-solver and calm communicator
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Detail-obsessed with a good eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable giving direction and jumping in hands-on when needed
• Previous event experience is a major plus.
