Location: Palm Coast, Florida

Position Type: On-Site / Full-time

 

At INB Homes, we recognize the importance of spending quality time with loved ones. To support this, our New Homes Sales Consultant position offers a scheduled day off on weekends and a designated work-from-home day during the week.

Position Overview: The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the purchasing process, showcasing our communities, and building lasting relationships. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home-buying process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Lead Generation: Responsible for a high level of activity including, but not limited to, engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.

· Sales Leadership: Drive sales by actively engaging with potential buyers, conducting tours of model homes, and reviewing financing opportunities.

· Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, addressing their needs, preferences, and concerns throughout the sales process.

· Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, pricing, floor plans, and upgrades to benefit customers effectively.

· Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

· Lead Management: Enter leads, appointments, and all communication into our CRM daily.

· Develop and maintain relationships with realtors by visiting real estate offices, networking, and conducting business with them.

· Demonstrate features in our model home and show available homes: Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.

· Show available homesites: Regular exposure to outside weather conditions. The noise level is generally moderate. Homesites are offsite.

· Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads and follow up on inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.

· Sales Documentation: Prepare and present sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, construction, and customer service, to ensure a seamless buying experience.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

· Must be motivated and have a positive attitude. Demonstrating emotional intelligence and professionalism is a must.

· 2-5+ years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate or home building.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to numerous schedules, priority changes, and short-notice activities.

· Strong understanding of the home buying process and financing options.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· A valid Florida real estate license is mandatory.

· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
