Position Summary

The Web Design Specialist supports client marketing functions by developing and producing creative digital materials. This role is responsible for conceptual design, direction, and delivery of visual content across various digital platforms under moderate supervision.

Essential Functions

• Design digital materials including websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content for Pardot, the corporate website, microsites, and social media accounts.
• Apply conceptual thinking to create high-quality designs that align customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Develop creative concepts based on customer insights, market research, and technology considerations.
• Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale clearly to the Creative Design Manager.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
• Translate creative concepts into finalized designs and deliver within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
• Work with front-end developers and provide development assistance for small-scale projects.
• Advise and guide team members through the creative process to support collaboration and quality outcomes.
• Stay current on creative and web design trends.
• Manage the creative approval process as needed.
• Ensure all customer-facing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Develop additional style guides and brand resources to support digital initiatives.
