Ideal Candidate Profile:
ISS is searching for a Senior Safety Manager to oversee safety operations at data centers and large construction projects. The role will involve developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Project Scope: Working with General Contractors at multiple locations during construction phases of projects. Working with GCs to implement and adhere to the Safety Management System. Visiting different sites, many of which are on the same campus. Site walks, reports, and meetings.
Safety Scope: Serve as the project site level representative (owner representative). Conducts daily observation, assessment, measurement, analysis, etc., of construction work activities within the construction zone.
Mandatory Work Experience: The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of safety experience, preferably as an Owners Representative (Owners Rep). The candidate must be professional, well-spoken, and have strong computer skills. They should also be adept at building relationships with various stakeholders and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours
