As a key member of the executive management team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the company's financial future. This position involves leading financial operations, HR, and legal functions, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives that promote growth and efficiency. You'll be instrumental in the financial strategy behind the introduction and scaling of an exciting new B2B SaaS product. What You'll Be Doing:

Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team to drive company growth and profitability.
Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy, covering capital structure, financing, and investment decisions.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals.
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP through diligent oversight of accounting operations.
Manage cash flow and optimize the company's financial position to support ongoing growth.
Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including SaaS-specific metrics, to assess business performance.
Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities.
Oversee financial risk management, including internal controls and compliance processes.
Strengthen HR and legal frameworks to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the company.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is a plus.
Have at least 8 years of progressive finance experience, with 3-5 years in a senior finance role.
Possess at least 2 years of experience leading HR and legal departments in a small to mid-sized organization.
Are experienced with the SaaS business model, especially in B2B environments.
Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced skills with Excel.
Are proficient in QuickBooks and have hands-on experience with financial software.

30 Days: Focus on understanding the company's financial, HR, and legal structures and building key relationships across the organization.
60 Days: Take full ownership of all financial operations, with clear plans in place for upcoming product launches and strategic initiatives.
90 Days: Demonstrate leadership with measurable progress in financial and strategic goals, driving improvements that enhance business operations.
