Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Load products onto the paint line
+ Mask and plug non painted sections of product as appropriate based on work instructions or blueprints
+ Unload and pack finished product into boxes on pallets
+ Assist in maintaining powder/chemical levels on automatic and batch lines and add as needed
+ Use spray guns to apply chemical wash and powder paint on products as appropriate based on work orders
+ Clean EV room and all paint guns, ventures, hoses, and tips daily and as needed for color change overs
+ Use computer/tablet to clock off work orders in Heijunka system
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level
+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 70lbs
+ Ability to do other duties as assigned
+ Ability to carry objects; perform dynamic activities including reaching and stretching; and frequent bending and twisting of the torso
+ Ability to pass respirator physical
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Associates Degree in any field
+ Prior experience operating powder coat paint line
+ Proficient with computers/tablets and use of Microsoft Office products
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
Typical shop floor with possible exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, vibration, oil and water. May be exposed to any number of these elements.
