As we seek to continue our pursuit of easy to use, fun, safe, and reliable THC beverages we are adding to our Territory Sales Manager roster. We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople who strive to be the best Territory Sales Manager in their city to join Cantrip on our quest to become the #1 THC beverage in the world!

Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day on-the-ground sales and marketing operations in the marketplace. The Territory Sales Manager will be tasked with fostering and maintaining relationships, establishing new accounts, promoting Cantrip products, and being an ambassador of the brand. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, a successful Territory Sales Manager will have attention to detail, a welcoming presence, and a passion for creating meaningful relationships illustrated by implementing strategic partnerships and retailer/consumer engagement initiatives driven by sales goals & KPIs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager to plan, establish, and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

  • Increase existing Retail Partners’ account unit velocity, establish new accounts as outlined by the sales plan, and educate retailers & consumers on the Cantrip suite of products.

  • Liaison with distributor partners to ensure operationally efficient and compliant fulfillment of sales orders to Retail Partners, managing internal and external expectations.

  • Maintain and exceed KPI goals to track progress and effectively relay data points back to leadership.

  • Keep up to date on in-market and out-of-market trends, with an eye toward competitors in the beverage category.

  • Work industry events within the territory as assigned, with a focus on retail partnerships in mind.

  • Conduct any other sales or marketing operations by request.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in B2B beverage sales preferred
  • Experience with VIP, Karma, & MS Excel preferred.
  • A passion for beverage products.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Detailed oriented and extremely organized.
  • Strong communicator who can provide exceptional customer service and react quickly to identify and solve problems.
  • Familiarity and aptitude with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and printing software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA Degree preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must hold and maintain auto insurance.
  • Must have reliable vehicle for day to day routing.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work extended hours from time to time.
  • Must be 21+.
