• Total compensation = $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (includes base + tips)
• Seasonal part-time or full-time hourly positions available (eligible to earn overtime)
• Daytime (10a-5p) or Evening (5p-10/11p) shifts available
• Must have some weekend availability (Thursday through Sunday) and must be able to work through the end of the summer season (approximately September 21st)
• The ideal candidate is also interested in working throughout our winter season as well (beginning toward the end of November)

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Serve ice cream with a friendly, helpful attitude and a SMILE!
• Meet daily job expectations such as cleanliness, portion control, service standards, and customer service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Prepare ice cream toppings and other menu items with guidance
• Accurately describe all product details and menu items

Requirements

• Must be 16 or order
• Passionate about customer service

Physical Requirements:

• Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
• Constantly use manual (e.g., scooping ice cream) and automatic food service equipment and touchscreens
• Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above
• Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height
