What You'll Do + Review and make decisions across a variety of mortgage loan types-including FHA + Scrutinize applications and documents for accuracy and completeness + Collaborate with clients to finalize documentation and resolve issues + Partner with compliance teams to uphold federal, state, and local regulations + Deliver timely, well-reasoned approvals or denials + Embody company values and contribute to our culture of excellence ️ Work Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) What You Bring + In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry + Proven experience in underwriting and credit review + Strong communication and client-facing skills + Proficiency in automated underwriting systems + Understanding of key regulations, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act + High school diploma required; expert-level experience preferred Must-Have Skills Core SkillsBonus Points Mortgage UnderwritingFHA Loan Experience Credit ReviewRegulatory Knowledge CommunicationDecision-Making Accuracy If you're an expert underwriter seeking a role where your judgment powers smart lending, apply now and become the force behind our trusted mortgage solutions! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
