Position: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A/C) - Mobile Crisis Services Company: WISE ENTERPRISE INC. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional - Adult/Child (QMHP-A/C) to join our dynamic Mobile Crisis Services team. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of individuals in crisis, delivering immediate interventions and working towards stabilizing their well-being. If you are passionate about helping others and are driven to make a difference, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site crisis de-escalation and stabilization services. Conduct mental health assessments to determine the crisis's severity and inform treatment interventions. Develop safety plans and coordinate ongoing care with a multidisciplinary team. Link individuals to community resources, mental health services, and follow-up care. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicaid guidelines. Qualifications: MUST be registered as a Virginia QMHP-A/C or meet the requirements to become registered through the Virginia Board of Counseling . Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or adults in mental health settings. Valid VA Driver’s License and car insurance. Strong crisis intervention, assessment, and counseling skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Why Join Us?
