Our client is a fast growing Fintech who thrives on data-driven decision-making and are passionate about achieving ambitious growth goals.

They are seeking a candidate who is results-oriented marketer with a knack for strategy and analytics!

Reporting directly to the Marketing and Product Manager , you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing spend, and achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across various acquisition channels (e.g., paid social, search, content, email, referrals).
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, working closely with external agencies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
• Analyze marketing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain customer personas and segmentation strategies for improved targeting.
• Collaborate with the content team to align marketing campaigns with content strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Present marketing performance reports and insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a growth marketing or marketing analyst role, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or high-growth consumer brands.
• Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Expertise in paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
