Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for an applicant to manage the Front Desk at our office.
• Providing telephone support and screening calls as appropriate.
• Meeting planning and scheduling.
• Initiating and completing administrative projects as necessary.
• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Work independently to draft written responses by phone or email when necessary.
• Drafting and editing business correspondence.
• Handle other projects as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Front desk experience.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Call handling.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
• MS office suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Outlook is a plus).
• Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to be creative with a pro-active approach
• Possess professionalism commensurate with that expected at the executive level
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Proven ability to multi-task and complete projects successfully under deadlines along with strong follow-up skills.
