We're looking for foremen to join our team and help connect America. **Connecting you to great benefits** + Weekly Paychecks + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you'll do...** + You will install and repair aerial telephone cable + You will repair cut or damaged telephone cables + You will place telephone poles and anchors + You will use of manual tools such as shovels, posthole diggers and other hand held tools + You will use mechanized equipment such as bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators, etc. + You will set up safety perimeter using signage, cones, safety barriers + You will flag traffic when required + You will also work on special projects as assigned **Who we are looking for...** + You have knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques + You have the ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck + You have 2-3 year's experience of aerial construction methods and engineering requirements. + You are a self starter + You have experience in working through all types of weather, including inclement weather + You have effective communication skills + You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience **Who we are...** We are a company united in our vision of connecting America.
