McMahon Ford is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Detailer to join our growing team! As a Detailer, you’ll help ensure every customer drives away with a vehicle that looks its absolute best, inside and out. Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay * Flexible working hours * Health insurance * Paid time off & sick leave * 401(k) retirement plan * Long-term job security and growth opportunities Responsibilities * Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors * Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery * Apply protective coatings to paint, upholstery, and other surfaces * Clean and dress tires, wheels, and engine compartments * Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery to customers * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bays and work area * Follow all safety procedures when using chemicals and equipment * Assist the service team with vehicle presentation and lot organization as needed Requirements * Previous detailing or automotive cleaning experience a plus (but not required – training provided) * Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering quality work * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively * Positive, friendly attitude and strong communication skills * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bring your attention to detail to the Ford Family.
