The position is for a Business Analyst Level 1 for Charlotte, NC .

Overview:

We're seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support a high-priority team within a large telecom environment. This is a traditional BA role focused on writing clear, concise BRDs , gathering requirements from stakeholders, and adapting in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The team is currently short-staffed, so immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Create clear, structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into functional requirements
• Navigate ambiguous requests and help define “what is needed”
• Adjust communication style to fit various leadership personalities
• Handle day-to-day changes and shifting priorities with flexibility
• Respond to stakeholder questions like "what does that mean?" with clarity and confidence
• Operate independently and stay focused in a hyper-critical, fast-moving environment

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and BRD creation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in environments where not all answers are clear
• Comfortable working with demanding or detail-focused stakeholders
• Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments is a plus
• SQL or technical background not required but a plus!

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on enterprise platforms (Salesforce, case management tools, etc.)
• Exposure to functional specs or collaborating with developers
