Air & Ocean Export Coordinator – Foreign to Foreign

A globally backed freight forwarder specializing in Oil & Gas, EPC, and industrial project cargo is hiring a Foreign to Foreign Export Coordinator based in Grapevine, TX . This role sits within a well-capitalized, low-turnover organization known for its execution strength, international footprint, and deep operational credibility across complex supply chains.

You will coordinate Air and Ocean exports that originate outside the U.S. , managing shipments from origin to destination across high-value, high-complexity cargo profiles—particularly within energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate foreign-to-foreign Air and Ocean Export shipments across global lanes
• Liaise with overseas offices, agents, and carriers to manage bookings, documentation, and routing
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, HBL/MBL, and export compliance documents as needed
• Ensure transit visibility and on-time delivery for project-critical shipments
• Maintain proactive communication with global clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor carrier schedules, mitigate delays, and resolve exceptions in real time
• Enter and maintain shipment data accurately within the TMS (CargoWise 1 or equivalent)
• Adhere to internal SOPs and trade compliance standards across all transactions

Required Experience:

• 3 to 5 years in Air and/or Ocean Export forwarding , with exposure to foreign-to-foreign routing
• Experience supporting Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial clients preferred
• Knowledge of global carrier networks, Incoterms, and international documentation protocols
• Strong communication skills with overseas offices and clients
• Proficiency in CargoWise 1 or similar platform
• Based in Grapevine, TX or surrounding area
