Job Description

Our client, global company that manufactures and sells consumer products for personal care, health, and hygiene is looking for someone to join their team as an Administrative Assistant in Mobile, Alabama.

*This is a short term 1-2 month W2 contract*

In this role you will be assisting the HR team in creating and uploading new I-9s into Workday. The hiring manager is looking for someone with previous work experience in Workday and Excel.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Recreating employee I-9 forms that have been previously destroyed, and uploading supporting documentation into Workday
  • Filing and removing terminated employee records from the paper files
  • Connecting with Managers/Team Leaders to follow up with employees and ensure everyone is updating/completing their I-9 form by project deadline

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of similar experience
  • Workday experience
  • Able to create documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • I-9 experience is a plus
