Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney
Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a skilled, Texas-licensed Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in handling multiple litigation matters, working closely with both internal teams and clients to provide exceptional legal support.
Duties:
Manage and lead multiple complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding litigation matters.
Coordinate with fellow associates and staff to ensure efficient case management.
Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Perform legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
Requirements:
Texas Bar admission is required.
3-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, writing, and research skills.
Experience in conducting depositions and representing clients in court is essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Texas Bar License.
Skills:
Expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration.
Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with experience in client interaction and courtroom representation.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
