⏰ Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends as needed)

Shifts between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on workload)

Pay:

$15.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We’re hiring motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our growing team at PrepFort , a leading 3PL and e-commerce fulfillment provider. As a Pick-and-Pack Associate, you’ll play a key role in fulfilling customer orders using our pick-and-pack system. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking, scanning, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments, as well as supporting bulk order fulfillment, shelf restocking, and carrier pickups.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and Pack Operations

• Use WMS system to process orders: scan bins, pick items, and move carts to packing stations
• Accurately pack orders into mailers or boxes based on dimensions and weights
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Ensure all orders meet quality standards for accuracy and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Bulk Shipments

• Work with the warehouse supervisor on batch fulfillment (e.g., 50 orders of the same SKU)
• Pack all units consistently, sign off on the batch sheet, and submit for supervisor verification

Receiving & Restocking

• Assist in receiving incoming inventory and verifying counts
• Restock products onto assigned shelves
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage area

Carrier Pickups

• Sort packed orders by carrier into designated bins (USPS, UPS, etc.)
• Help load packages onto carrier trucks during daily pickups

✅ Qualifications:

• Warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus, but not required – we train the right candidates
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable using a scanner and following a digital workflow
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry boxes throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
