We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support office operations in a professional environment in Pasadena. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable handling administrative tasks efficiently.

• Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and managing documents
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Assist with data entry and document preparation
• Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Proficiency in handling filing, faxing, answering phones, and document management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
