Position : Tableau Developer
Location : Reston, VA (Hybrid)
Term : W2/Full Time role
Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
6+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience in:
Creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports in Tableau
Creating Tableau Desktop
Strong knowledge in SQL required
Strong understanding of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
Data extraction and transformation (ETL) knowledge
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
AWS Cloud experience is must
Scripting/Programming: Python or R (for advanced analytics integration) and JavaScript
Strong communication skills in explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and gathering requirements from business users
Tableau Certification (optional but a plus)
