The Role:

You’ll be the go-to expert for designing, deploying, and maintaining Citrix and Exchange environments across multiple client infrastructures. From troubleshooting legacy Exchange servers to optimizing Citrix delivery controllers, your work will directly impact client productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Citrix CVAD environments (published apps & desktops)
• Manage Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) , App Layering , and NetScaler ADC
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-prem Exchange Server (2016/2019) environments
• Perform Exchange migrations, mailbox restores, and hybrid configurations
• Monitor system health, apply patches, and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with support teams for Tier 3 escalations and project rollouts
• Document configurations, procedures, and client-specific environments
• While this is a remote position, some of your work will be performed onsite at client locations throughout the NYC metro area.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in an MSP
• Proven expertise in Citrix CVAD , including PVS, MCS, WEM, and FSLogix
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Server (on-prem) and hybrid setups
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO management
• Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V) and Microsoft Exchange certifications
• Experience with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Autotask)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2)
• Maintains confidentiality and uses sound judgement when discussing technical or sensitive matters.
• Must maintain a clean and presentable work environment for video calls when working from home as well as in the office

Preferred Education and Experience :

• A  bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Past client-facing experience

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $75,000 to $110,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
