2025 Student Ministry Summer Internship Application
Purpose: To assist Student Ministry Staff during summer months with Student Ministry activities, discipleship, and community with students.
PV’s Goal for Interns: To provide practical ministry and leadership experience that helps equip interns for a lifetime of ministry.
Qualifications:
– Agreement with PV’s Values, Doctrine, and Vision Priorities
– Adhere to PV’s Employee Handbook
– Demonstration of spiritual maturity and integrity
– Spiritual gifts or abilities which may include leadership, administration, encouragement
– Ability to lead and deploy teams of people in order to accomplish events and tasks
– Strong team player who shows good follow-through with people and tasks
– Demonstration of a passion and love for working with students
– Ability to interact well with parents and other adults
Responsibilities:
– Summer Leadership (coordinate and execute student gatherings and events through the summer under the direction of Student Ministry Staff)
– Discipleship (Actively disciple and care for students throughout the summer)
– Event Leadership (Plan, administer, and execute events throughout the summer for both regular and new students.
– Personal Growth (Report regularly, on time, and with any assignments completed as requested by the Student Ministry staff for purpose of being trained and/or mentored)
– Any additional duties as assigned by Student Minister
