Job Description

Overview:

Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Staffing Coordinator.

*** Location: Remote (El Dorado Hills, CA 95762)

*** Duration: 6+ months

Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition leadership and the team, including travel, expense management, team calendars, team events, event planning, and ad hoc support.
  • Central point for Talent Acquisition procurement and invoice administration.
  • Provide full recruitment coordination support to Recruiting. Duties include, but are not limited to, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and staffing activities for all interviews for both on-site and off-site locations to deliver superior experience to both internal and external clients.
  • Initiate and facilitate the background check and I-9 processes.
  • Provide consistent status updates to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide full support for new hire relocation coordination.

  • Background & Drug Screen Adjudication
  • Talent / Recruiting Experience

Education Requirements:

  • Education Requirements: College Degree
