We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school team in Spokane County, WA. This full-time, in-person position offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives.

Position Details:

• Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options)
• Hours: 8-3:30
• Caseload: Around 48

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.
• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and progress updates.
• Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• WA State SLP license.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
