This role will assist in the successful project delivery for a wide range of project types and scales throughout New York City and the greater metro area. Responsibilities

• Perform MEP, Structural, and architectural inspections on works throughout and surrounding New York City, in accordance with applicable code
• Guarantee seamless project delivery
• Manage and deliver all milestones through each project life cycle
• Prepare and execute accurate detailed reporting and associated documentation timely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or architecture
• Relevant industry-recognized certifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience performing Special Inspections
• Expertise working onsite and conforming to drawings, specifications, and the inspection plan(s)
• Strong familiarity with local code requirements and associated governing agencies
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
• Excellent planning, organization, and detail orientation skills
• Experience working with contractors, time frame management, and industry applied methods
