Relentless Brands —home to ISI® Elite Training , The Plunge House® , and Human Nutrition —is looking for a Social/Digital Media Manager + Content Specialist to take the reins of our full digital presence.

About the Job

This role isn’t just about one platform. It’s about owning the entire digital outlook and voice of Relentless Brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, YouTube, Email, TikTok , and more. You will lead day-to-day execution and content strategy across every relevant social and digital platform, ensuring each brand is present, consistent, and performing. While you’ll create platform-specific content independently, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Photo + Video Producer to execute high-level creative assets.

Even in cases where specific platforms—like Spotify—are driven by other roles, this position remains actively involved in the strategy, aesthetic, and outward brand presence of each. You’re the steward of how our brands show up in the digital world.

This role reports directly to the Creative Brand Manager and Director of Marketing and is part of a fast-paced, idea-driven marketing team that thrives on excellence, originality, and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead social/digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Ads , and more

  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and content execution across all Relentless Brands and HQ facility accounts

  • Write, plan, and execute content across platforms, with strategies tailored to each audience and objective

  • Maintain content calendars across all brands and platforms, aligning with overall campaigns and launches

  • Track performance metrics and analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions MUST BE PROFICIENT IN META BUSINESS SUITE & ADS MANAGER

  • Collaborate with Photo + Video Producer on creative shoots and multimedia content projects

  • Contribute to Spotify, YouTube and others marketing channels strategy and presence, even when execution is led by other departments

  • Ensure each channel reflects current campaigns, brand tone, and design standards

  • Support franchise marketing by educating partners on best practices and equipping them with shareable assets

  • Strategize content for all revenue streams including membership, retail/apparel, supplements, and franchise development

  • Occasionally work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends) to support live event coverage and real-time posting

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored to digital platforms

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and major social scheduling/ analytical tools 

  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact or similar)

  • Understanding of platform analytics, performance tracking, and KPI reporting

  • Creative eye for visual storytelling and brand tone alignment

  • Ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
