About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to help build and expand our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for luxury branding, and understands how to engage audiences across various platforms.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for content creation, influencer collaborations, brand marketing, and event promotion—helping us turn our premium tequila into a household name. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only manage digital marketing but also attend events, network with industry professionals, and create innovative marketing strategies.
Must be based in Los Angeles—applications outside of LA will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Stay ahead of trends and create viral-worthy content that resonates with our audience.
Respond to and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
Identify and partner with influencers to promote the brand.
Establish partnerships with complementary brands for cross-promotions.
Seek opportunities to feature the brand in media, magazines, and online publications.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Organize and execute marketing strategies that drive product awareness and sales.
Develop email campaigns and manage outreach to new and existing customers.
Coordinate promotional events, including activation dinners and industry gatherings.
Scout and attend local events to enhance brand visibility.
Event & Activation Support
Attend and promote events hosted by the company, capturing content for social media.
Assist with product placements, submissions, and promotional mailings.
Work closely with photographers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for luxury branding.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Ability to attend events and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
