Join Our Team as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator:

This is an On-site and Full-time position 

We are a dynamic family of companies based in San Antonio, TX, providing integrated solutions across multiple industries. Our specialties include client-focused asset management, value-added storage and flex-space solutions, a full-service medium and heavy-duty repair center, heavy-duty dealership operations, and commercial/industrial sitework and civil construction consulting. Anchored by a secured, turnkey transportation logistics center, we offer a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the evolving demands of our diverse client base.

Compensation:

  • $18-$23 based on experience.
  • Health Insurance after 90-days.
  • Dental & Vision: 100% company-paid after 90-days.
  • Paid Time Off: 15 days PTO and 5 paid holidays.

Your Role:

  • As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator , you’ll take the lead in shaping our brand’s digital voice and outreach. You will work closely with leadership-including COOs, sales teams, business managers, and the owner-to execute marketing initiatives and social engagement strategies that drive awareness, growth, and customer loyalty.
  • Content Creation & Strategy : Develop and execute engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Website & Social Media Management : Oversee and update company websites, implement social media content strategies, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Community Engagement : Actively foster and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner.
  • Campaign Development : Assist in creating innovative campaigns and events that build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event and exposition preparation and execution.
  • Administrative Support : Provide assistance with administrative functions as needed and other duties/tasks as assigned.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred - our client base is diverse, and your language skills will directly enhance community connection, brand outreach, and customer service.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-Site).
  • Weekend Availability : Must be available for staffing needs and emergencies.
