Join MedPro Disposal as an SMT Sales Representative and be part of a collaborative, supportive team that helps healthcare organizations streamline compliance and medical waste services. In this role, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound sales from our Naperville, IL office using phone, Zoom, and email to connect with medical decision-makers nationwide. With the support of proven sales frameworks, ongoing coaching, and a steady stream of warm leads, you’ll convert opportunities into long-term clients. Our Mission To identify, engage, and convert multi-location healthcare organizations into loyal, long-term clients by delivering centralized, cost-saving compliance solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Execute strategic outbound and inbound outreach to grow customer base and boost market penetration.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate and advise prospective clients on the value of our services through a solutions-focused approach.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities within your existing client base to expand service offerings.
  • Market Intelligence: Use industry research and CRM data to tailor messaging, improve engagement, and increase close rates.
  • Sales Engagement: Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and Zoom meetings to build rapport and trust.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and pipeline.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and onboarding to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hunter-style sales or account management, preferably in a high-activity environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Resilient & Goal-Oriented: You love hitting (and exceeding) targets and take initiative to drive your own success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • EOS Experience: Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.

Compensation & Perks
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $85,000+ annually
