Speech-Language Pathologist Needed in Roebuck, SC:

• Openings in Elementary School.
• Caseload: 50-60 students
• Contract for the school year - 37.5 to 40 hours per week.

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Pay:

• $1,800.00 - $2,000.00/week depending on experience and qualifications.

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a similar program.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services; applicants in Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) year or SLP Assistants (SLP-A) will also be considered.
• Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen).
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.

Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions:

• The ideal candidate will assess and treat a range of communication disorders using tele-practice methods, collaborating with educators and parents to create individualized treatment plans.
• Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy sessions, maintaining documentation, and participating in IEP meetings.
• The SLP will be committed to supporting students’ communication needs in a flexible, engaging manner.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
