Job Title: MES/MOM Engineer

Location: Liberty, NC

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated MOM Engineer .

This role is pivotal in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive automation efficiency and digital transformation within manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain MES/MOM to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with the MES Manager, Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Technical Leads to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MES/MOM systems.
• Support full lifecycle development including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Drive standardization and scalability of manufacturing solutions across sites.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of MES/SCADA-related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Document system architectures, configuration, and change control procedures to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and usability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MES/MOM systems implementation , preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and methodologies is a strong plus.
• Proficient in database management and scripting (SQL, Python, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across multiple teams.
