You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape UX strategy that directly impacts product direction and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities:

  • Lead UX design initiatives for complex, ambiguous problems impacting product strategy and architecture.
  • Drive advanced user research and usability testing, mentoring the team in methodologies and strategic insight integration.
  • Influence product strategy by delivering UX solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Facilitate communication with senior stakeholders, connecting design work to business outcomes and guiding cross-functional workshops.
  • Deliver high-quality UX artifacts including interaction designs, prototypes, and research insights, setting organizational design standards.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering professional growth and thought leadership within the UX community.
  • Identify and solve challenging UX problems, applying pragmatic decision-making aligned with project requirements.
  • Play a key role in recruiting UX talent and benchmarking design practices against industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in UX design or a related role with demonstrated leadership and strategic impact.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS product domains, user research, usability testing, and design innovation.
  • Proficient in advanced user research techniques and mentoring in research methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate UX strategy to senior leaders and facilitate collaborative workshops.
  • Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and mentor UX designers at different levels.
  • Strong technical acumen to collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to architectural design decisions.
  • Skilled with UX tools such as Figma, and understanding of HTML/CSS (SCSS) beneficial.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA) and global UI accessibility guidelines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX expertise, problem-solving skills, and design creativity.
