We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and prospective clients—demonstrating deep understanding of DTarform’s IT services, engaging customers with confidence, and leading complex sales cycles from discovery to closure.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Present DTarform’s service offerings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct client discovery calls, technical presentations, demos, and follow-ups.
• Build proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with technical teams.
• Lead solution discussions around IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support services.
• Act as the liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM entries and provide accurate sales forecasts.

10+ years of experience in technical sales, specifically in selling IT Infrastructure and Managed Services .

Proven success selling:

• Infrastructure Management & Support (Servers, Storage, Networking)
• Data Center Operations
• Cybersecurity Services
• Office 365 Management & Support
• Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Help Desk Support
• ISP and Software Reselling

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Deep technical understanding of IT solutions, with the ability to speak fluently with engineers, architects, and technical buyers .

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience creating technical documentation and proposals.

Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused, consultative sales environment.

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred.
