Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a strong background in sourcing, placing, and managing talent across a range of roles in high-demand industries. The ideal candidate will bring strategic sourcing skills, client relationship expertise, and a results-driven mindset to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support hiring plans and recruitment campaigns.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, RPO, or high-volume corporate environments.
  • Strong track record of placing candidates in roles across a variety of functions and industries.
  • Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS systems.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
