The Aleron team has an exciting opportunity to lead our request for proposal (RFP) response efforts. We value individuals ready to contribute within our fast-paced environment, working closely with sales and leadership to develop high-quality proposals that showcase our capabilities and value propositions. We seek a proven writer with a positive spirit and project management abilities to join our team and fill this critical role.
The Senior Proposal Writer oversees RFP/RFI development for Aleron Group. This individual will utilize existing content and also develop new, dynamic content to craft high-quality proposals that showcase our services and value propositions. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and sales representatives, the Senior Proposal Writer will work closely with Aleron's Chief of Staff, our Vice President of Business and Recruiting Support, and our company Presidents. Ultimately, s/he will respond to complex strategic proposal requirements-e.g., RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.-utilizing creative content, market intelligence, subject matter expertise, positioning, branding, and Aleron Group's content library.
The Senior Proposal Writer must develop and maintain effective peer partnerships throughout the organization and work well both independently and within teams.
