Client Overview: Our client is a leader in the prestige beauty market.

Senior Project Manager of R&D Responsibilities:

• Create and manage all internal timelines in innovation and R&D.
• Partner with PD to gather vendor timelines and ensure feasibility for launches.
• Ensure all information is clear on briefs and partner with PD to have clarity on product (SOI etc.) and communicate dates needed for final product and shade names.
• Work closely with regulatory to get all ingredient lists and ensure timing is being met.
• Communicate status and risks regarding formulation, receipt of supplier documents and naming.
• Create folders for each brief and gather all information for copy sheets from teams, create copy sheets route internally and release to design.
• Route artwork internally and release to vendors.
• Route proofs for approval and provide feedback to vendors.
• Partner with packaging on all supplier timelines and ensure alignment with internal
• Receive all dyelines from packaging for artwork and share those with design.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities creating and refining best practices and processes for successful project execution.

Senior Project Manager of R&D Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4-6+ years of experience in process/project management across global teams and/or concentration of R&D or Supply Chain.
• Skilled problem-solver who drives out-of-the-box thinking when appropriate
• Adept at operating autonomously amidst ambiguity.
• Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
• Beauty or CPG industry related experience required.
