Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing, fun-loving, infant + toddler apparel brand with a collaborative, creative culture. We are searching for an inspired, talented Senior Graphic Designer who specializes in Digital, Print and Web Design to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate, Design and Produce artwork for web, email, paid and organic social collateral
• Help set and implement branding guidelines with a passion for storytelling and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work cross functionally with eCommerce team, marketing, etc. to ensure brand alignment and compelling messaging
• Utilize UX principals to elevate web design
• Ideate and execute creative A/B testing to evaluate and improve design strategies
• Utilize Figma to design and create various projects
• Create, design, produce, and manage artwork for non-digital branding and marketing materials, including in-store visuals, PowerPoint templates, swag, and packaging.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the apparel industry
• Proficient in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and Figma
• Strong Portfolio of work and a FUN, innovate aesthetic
• Must be highly organized, motivated, proactive and a team player
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in multiple areas of development

Salary: $90,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience

Hybrid office schedule
