THE BMH portfolio includes key equipment such as Apron Feeders, Belt Feeders, Rotary Car Dumpers and Positioners, Conveyor Belts, Cable Belts, Bucketwheel Stacker Reclaimers, Stackers, Continuous Barge Unloaders, Flexowell Belts, Rotary Breakers, and more.

We also offer an extensive service portfolio which reduces the TCO for our customers. The nature of these products is that they are highly engineered and designed specifically for each customer. This requires a team of experts, based across Pennsylvania, Brazil, Perth and India to interact globally and to create and supply tailored designs that meet their customers needs. This includes legacy products that we have acquired over the years.

The Senior Control System Engineer will play a pivotal role in electrical and process automation design for Metso SVS Engineering, supporting product development and customer project delivery. Key areas include industrial electrical engineering, process control design, network architecture, and MES/ERP integrations. You'd be designing automation systems, developing control architectures, creating electrical panels, integrating DCS/MES/ERP systems, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. You would collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers, along with troubleshooting and maintaining industry best practices in electrical engineering and automation.

What we're looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years (10+ preferred) in industrial automation and control systems.
• Expertise in PLC development (Rockwell, Siemens); ABB and Schneider are a plus.
• Experience with DCS, SCADA, HMI (InTouch a plus), and APC systems.
• Knowledge of SQL for industrial integration preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial fieldbus protocols (ASi, IO-Link, EIP, Modbus, Profinet).
• Hands-on experience in industrial controls, instrumentation, and system commissioning.
• Experience in OEM process automation, MV motors, project management, training, and functional safety is a plus.
