Claims Concierge is a rapidly growing tech-enabled service that maximizes auto insurance claim settlements using AI and data-driven processes. We help drivers recover money they're owed after car accidents, specializing in diminished value and total loss claims.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Claims Consultant to join our rapidly expanding startup team. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire post-accident experience, guiding them through every step from towing and rental car options to repair shop selection and settlement maximization. This role combines customer service excellence with technical claims expertise to consistently recover thousands of dollars for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client contact throughout the entire post-accident experience, from initial incident through final settlement
  • Provide guidance on post-accident logistics including towing options, rental car coverage, repair shop selection, and insurance processes
  • Conduct client consultations to assess needs, explain services, and manage expectations during stressful situations
  • Prepare comprehensive diminished value claims and total loss packages with supporting market data and vehicle valuations for insurance submission
  • Interface professionally with insurance adjusters to collaborate on fair settlement amounts that maximize client recovery
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain transparent communication throughout the repair and claims process
  • Maintain detailed case files and update client records in CRM system while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Stay informed on industry practices for repair shops, towing, and storage to provide knowledgeable recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Georgia Insurance Counselor License (Property & Casualty) - REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, customer service, or related field
  • Customer service mindset with empathy for clients dealing with accident aftermath
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and claims processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Insurance Processes
