Seasonal Line Leader – Daytime Hours
Location: Eau Claire, WI.
Industry: School Fundraising.
Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (Daytime Hours).

Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for organization and a passion for creating a positive work environment? We’re looking for a Floor Line Leader to oversee our frozen food pick and pack operations during the busy school fundraising season.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse floor operations during seasonal order fulfillment.
Supervise a team of pickers and packers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
Maintain product quality and inventory integrity.
Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to meet tight deadlines.
Train seasonal staff and foster a safe, motivated, and upbeat work culture.
Monitor workflow, resolve issues quickly, and report to warehouse leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment (cold storage experience a plus).
Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure during peak periods.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Availability to work consistent daytime hours, including potential overtime during peak season.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
