Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience and strong knowledge in automation testing using C#, Ranorex, Microsoft Playwright.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Experience in API testing and proficiency in testing tools like Postman or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, integration testing and end-to-end UI testing
• Background in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify testing roadblocks and build solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross functional teams in multiple areas/business SMEs/project teams
• Experienced in guiding, mentoring and coordinating with a small team of SDETs at offshore
• Should have leadership skills, thought leadership, and a self-runner
• Work from office for 3 to 4 days a week

Good to have:

• Experience and knowledge in automation using Java, JavaScript, Selenium.
• Experience in LoadRunner and Jmeter

Roles & Responsibilities

Automation:

• Test Automation Framework Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools.
• Automated Testing: Implementing and executing automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Performance Testing: Conducting performance testing to ensure software applications can handle expected user loads and perform optimally.

Mentoring and Guidance:

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to SDETs and Test Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

Communication:

• Facilitating clear and effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders
