Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Las Vegas, NV. Our 3 Boutiques (Breitling, Tudor and Tag Heuer) offer a unique career in a highly competitive and exciting market with exceptional earning potential. The ideal candidate maintains an impeccable professional appearance, can communicate easily and effectively and possess a proven track record of superior selling skills.The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting luxury timepieces and jewelry, hitting sales targets, managing customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support. The Sales Specialist will also maintain store presentation and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong product knowledge in luxury timepieces and jewelry
  • Experience with maintaining customer relationships and providing personalized services
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
