Sales Representative – Off & On-Premise

We’re seeking passionate, results-driven individuals to join our team as a Business Development Representative . As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our craft beverages, including alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and THC-infused products, across various customer segments. You’ll focus on building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet targets and expand market share for our diverse portfolio of craft alcohol, non-alcoholic, and THC-infused products.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other retail outlets.
● New Business Development: Actively prospect and cold-call potential clients to identify new sales opportunities and increase our footprint in the market.
● Product Education & Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations and tastings to educate customers on our offerings, including alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and THC beverages, driving brand loyalty.
● Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier customer support, quickly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
● Market Awareness: Stay informed on trends in the craft alcohol, non-alcoholic, and THC beverage markets, along with competitor activities, to spot growth opportunities.
● Event Representation: Represent Hatch at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
● Reporting & Strategy: Regularly communicate sales progress and market insights to management to guide business strategy.
Qualifications:
● Industry Experience: Experience selling alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or THC-infused beverages, with a background in either on-premise (bars, restaurants) or off-premise (liquor stores, retail) accounts.
● Proven Business Development Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or THC beverage industries.
● Passion for Diverse Beverages: Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for craft alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and THC-infused products.
● Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
● Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver results.
● Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for working with a dynamic and energetic team.
