The Sales Support Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting of outside sales channels for formal quotation development, including product and scope development, costing and pricing development, determination of lead times, and development of formal quotations/tender documents. In the event of actual award, this role will input sales orders, provide order acknowledgements, provide shipping notifications, and process invoicing requests. This role will ensure customer satisfaction through timely quotation development, order processing, and provide production status updates and shipping information. This role needs to build client business relationships with the goal of increasing product sales over time and developing a thorough understanding of customer needs. This role will diligently perform sales support duties to achieve BU sales and margin objectives.
