Revenue Operations Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a systems mindset, and experience driving alignment and efficiency across go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design, implement, and manage processes, systems, and tools that enable revenue teams to operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Own CRM administration and governance (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and process optimization.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with sales, marketing and partner leadership to define and optimize the lead-to-revenue process, including lead scoring, funnel tracking, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align on pipeline coverage, revenue forecasting, and compensation planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and friction points across the customer journey and drive improvements to increase conversion and retention.
  • Create and maintain enablement documentation for all Growth Team functions.
  • Support go-to-market planning, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies that enhance productivity and insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights and recommendations grounded in data.
  • Ability to function as a team of one and be a self driven leader with their function.

Required Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot and revenue tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Ability to configure both Salesforce and Hubspot with new fields, automation flows, integrations, etc.
  • Extensive work with managing large sets of data and strong skills using data loading tools.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative work style.
  • Passion for technology that makes a positive impact on public safety and security.
